- Jungbang of the Historic House is the size of Keun Sarangbang of other Historic Houses and has Keunsarang Maru.
- Clean individual shower booth 
- Through the door is the beautiful Jungganchae Garden and Tohyang Garden 
- Experiences: Pottery-making, Calligraphy, Folk plays: Geunae(swing), Neolttigi(see-saw jumping), Tuho throwing(ring toss), Jegichagi(chuttlecock kicking), Paengyi spinning(top), etc.
- Wildflower hill, white lotus pond, rape blossoms hill, buckwheat flower field, etc.  
- If you want to have breakfast, please ask for it when making a reservation (10,000won per person).
- If two families make a reservation, you can reserve Jungbang together to use Keun Sarang Maru, enjoy a spacious and detached space.
- We have a spacious parking space for the guests of Tohyang Historic House.
